Mostafa Q Sobhan Rubel completed his Ordinary Level under the University of London in 1993. In 1994 he passed his A-Levels and his BA Hon’s in Business Administration from Nottingham Trent University . He finished his MBA from University of Maryland USA. Although the family is from Comilla originally but Mostafa Q Sobhan Rubel was born in Dhaka. He is the eldest of all his siblings. Two of his sisters are currently studying. His mother, fazilatun Nessa, is a Director of Dragon Group and is associated with various social work.
Mostafa Q Sobhan Rubel got involved with his father’s organization after completion of his education. His higher education abroad on Business Adminstartion is leading him towards success gradually. He had joined the Dragon Group as an intern in 1999. He became the Sourcing Manager in 2000, became the Planning and Coordination manager in 2001 and became the Marketing Director in 2003. His ascend was the consequence of his experience. He has worked his way up though toil and labour and has transformed into an exemplary personality. Today he is exporting Readymade Garments from Dragon Group internationally as its Operations & Marketing Director. The organization has affiliates in Shaghai and London. He employs nearly 12,000 employees. The organization has earned a lot of good reputation exporting Readymade Garments like T-Shirts and Sweaters. Mostafa Q Sobhan Rubel informed that the company did not suffer scarring when the Quota system was revoked and he explained by saying that two factors- quality and work policy- control the rate of work anywhere. When these tow factors are in control work will come automatically. The well known organizations making up the Dragon Group are Dragon Sweator Bangladesh Ltd., Dragon Sweater and Spinning Ltd., Chewing Hing Sweater Bangladesh Ltd., CD Acrolyc Spinning Division, CD Acrolyc Dying Division, CD Acrolyc Sweater Division, Porag Socks Bangladesh Ltd. and Rupali Insurance Co. Ltd. All these affiliates are working globally with prestige. The family of Mostafa Q Sobhan Rubel also has a rich heritage from Choddogram of Comilla. They are operating numerous social welfare organizations there to help the locals.
