Moinul Haque Chowdhury Helal is on the list of Hundred Most Successful Bangladeshis in the United States. Moinul Haque Helal was born in an aristocratic family in Raikhail village of Jalalpur union in South Surma upazila of Sylhet. His father, the late Shafiqul Haque Chowdhury, was the first chairman of the Swadhinata Uttar Jalalpur Union. His mother was Faizunnesa Chowdhury Rani. He married Rimi Chowdhury, the only daughter of Advocate Azizul Malik Chowdhury, former president of Sylhet District Bar, A veteran lawyer from Sylhet. He was first elected as the General Secretary of Jalalabad Association of America Inc. in 2003-2005 and was re-elected from 2005-2006. By successfully discharging his duties, the United States was able to establish its own position in the Sylhet community and the Bengali community. As a result, he has been the President of Jalalabad Association of America Inc. in 2019-2021 without any competition and has been performing his duties successfully till now. He is also the President of the Bangladeshi American Association of Connecticut. Under his leadership during the Great Depression of Covid 19, both organizations stood by the community in such a way that they are still working in collaboration with the community through regular programs. In particular, the Jalalabad Association provided burial and burial for the destitute, free medical care for the sick and food and cash for the economically disadvantaged. Moreover, his leadership in providing cash assistance to greater Sylhet through the Dhaka Jalalabad Association was commendable. Mr. Moinul Haque is working tirelessly day and night with all the members of the executive committee of the Jalalabad Association to fulfill the demand for the life of the people of Sylhet in the United States. Another achievement of Mr. Moinul Sylhet, the father of 1 son and 1 daughter in family life, was his marriage to Mimi Chowdhury, daughter of late Advocate Azizul Malik Chowdhury, former President of Sylhet District Bar Association and former General Secretary of District Sports Association. Merchant. Therefore, Business America Magazine has selected him as one of the most successful Bangladeshis in the list of those who work selflessly for the community day and night. It is being discussed in the community that the authorities have selected the right person.
