Bangladeshi origin Abul B Khan of the Republican Party has been elected as a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives in the 2020 US national elections.
He has been elected as representative for the fourth time.


Khan got 3,444 votes on November 2020’s US election while his rival Democrats Patricia O’Keefe bagged 2,448 votes.
In a recent reaction to the victory Abul Kahn said: “I feel great. This is my district. I have been working in this district as its representative for the last six years and I am grateful to the people who came out and supported me. I promise, I will work hard for their interests.”
Abul B Khan was born at Vandaria of Pirojpur in Bangladesh. He set out for the USA in 1981.


In addition to the presidential election in the United States, elections for various positions have been held. Four candidates of Bangladeshi origin have taken part in it.
Khan, the father of two children,  is a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Rockingham 20. He assumed office in 2016. His current term ends on December 6, 2022.


He ran for re-election to the New Hampshire House of Representatives to represent Rockingham 20. He won in the general election on November 3, 2020.
Khan served in the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Rockingham 20 from 2012 to 2014. Khan did not seek re-election in 2014.3
